Want to discover Martinique differently? Embark with EL'DORADO for 4 hours in a small group on the Caribbean coast. Our story is one of a passion for the sea, passed down from a grandfather to his grandson and now shared with you.
Check-out Grande Anse d'Arlet, head out to search for dolphins and other cetaceans. Here, no show is scheduled: nature decides! The observation is done in respect of the animals.
Continue the discovery along the coast, between Bat Cave, Anse Noire and Anse Dufour, before a break at Grande Anse. We prefer a quieter observation of the turtles, away from the most frequented areas. With your mask and snorkel, discover algae, fish, and maybe sea turtles.
Back on board, share a local snack and drinks in a friendly atmosphere. EL'DORADO is our Martinique side by the sea.
Ideally, search for the Grande Anse d'Arlet pontoon in the address bar. If Viator does not find the exact pontoon, select Grande Anse then manually move the pin to the exact pontoon using the map.
Out to sea in search of dolphins and other cetaceans in the waters of Martinique! Accompanied by your captain, keep your eyes open and enjoy the navigation to try to observe them in their natural habitat. Each output is different and their presence remains unpredictable: here, there is no scheduled show, nature decides! The approach is made with respect for the animals and good observation practices, to fully enjoy this privileged moment at sea.
Discover the Bat Cave, a natural site accessible from the sea. According to the navigation conditions, we are approaching the cave to admire its impressive rock walls and its entrance from the boat. The captain will share some anecdotes with you about this amazing place and the bats that find refuge there.
Be surprised by Anse Noire, easily recognizable by its dark volcanic sand beach nestled between the green cliffs. From the sea, enjoy a superb view of this charming cove before continuing the navigation.
Right next door, discover Anse Dufour and its completely different setting: light sand, turquoise waters, and a small fishing village. Highly appreciated for its marine life and the presence of turtles, we discover it from the sea before continuing to a less frequented site, chosen to enjoy the marine life in better conditions and with respect for the animals.
Swimming time! We are taking a break in the clear waters of Grande Anse to discover the seabed. Equipped with your mask and snorkel, observe fish, seagrass, and, with a little luck, the sea turtles that swim freely in their natural environment. We keep our distance and simply enjoy the show, respecting the animals. After swimming, find us on board to share a local snack and some drinks, in a friendly atmosphere facing Grande Anse bay.
