This is a project run by Betsaida, Zapotec woman, born & raised in Oaxaca. This project started 6 years ago with the simple desire to share to the world, the beauty & cultural richness of Oaxaca.
We’re not only proud of our roots, but also deeply committed to support the local consumption. From farmers, artisans, cooks, market vendors & more in order to promote a sustainable tourism. Therefore, once you join us in our experiences you’ll live and participate to the preservation of our culture, which is our main focus.
As consequence, Me Encanta Oaxaca is a phrase that expresses how passionate we are, and we believe that once you live Oaxaca, it’ll cast a spell on you.

Learn about history, culture by walking throughout our markets while having fun!
Join our 6 hours Authentic Oaxaca Cultural Food Tour, eat like a local and taste +45 varieties of typical Oaxacan foods and beverages, including main dishes like: pre-hispanic foods, pre-hispanic drinks, desserts, signature drinks, seasonal exotic fruits, mezcals, chocolate, insects, grilled meats, ice creams and much more in our most complete Oaxaca Food Tour. Enjoy them at two street stalls, three markets, including the two most famous markets of Oaxaca city (Benito Juárez market and 20 de Noviembre market), plus a Michelin restaurant.
During the tour, our visitors will have a better understanding of why Oaxaca is the heart of Mexico and why Oaxaca is the foremost food place of our country.

- This tour is not really suitable for Babies (heat and walks can be an issue for babies and kids).
