The chef service is carried out at the client's place of accommodation (private houses) The service is provided in houses located in the surroundings of Cisternino, Ostuni, Martina Franca, Ceglie, Fasano, Locorotondo, Carovigno, Monopoli, Alberobello, Polignanano, Castellana.
What to expect
The menu to be served to the table comprises : 4 different types of entrees, first and second course and dessert.
Base menu
Posts : Table of sausages and cheeses (fresh and matured), vegetable caponata, crispy fried vegetables
First course: you can select from : Orecchiette (Typical fresh pasta of the area) with tomato sauce and meat rolls, paccheri with eggplant sauce and tomatoes with stracciatella topping (mozzarella and cream), Troffiette (fresh pasta) with mushrooms and sausage.
Second course : You can choose between roast misto typical of the area (bombette, sausage), fish fillet to the Mediterranean or eggplant parmesan. All dishes are accompanied by baked potatoes and salad with fresh vegetables.
Dessert : select from : Crostat, yogurt mouse and cream with marinated fruits.
