What to expect

Explore the oldest neighborhood of Nagoya, Shikemichi, built in the 18th century, with its wide street, white row houses, and ancient shrines. You will love the picturesque surroundings and the many photo-ops available.

At a modern tea shop, you will learn the Japanese art of brewing green tea, including how to make the perfect cup every time at home and how to detect the difference in tea that's been brewed with care multiple times.

Next, you'll visit Endoji, the oldest shopping street in Nagoya. Here, you will find the old next to the new (and lots and lots of street food). Try some sweet and savory local specialties only found here in Endoji.

You will leave the day feeling relaxed and holding a better understanding of Nagoya's historical districts.
