This is the stretch every Moab rafting trip is built around, even if you see it called by different names. No matter the name, you are on the same legendary section of the Colorado River.
Splash, laugh, and cool off as you move through a mix of calm sections and fun rapids. The river typically features Class I and II rapids, with occasional Class III during higher water earlier in the season, making it a great fit for all experience levels.

Meeting and pickup
Meet at the Moab Rivertrippers kiosk at **97 South Main Street, Moab, UT 84532**. We are next to the Canyonlands Trading Post, near the intersection of Main Street and 100 South, directly across Main Street from Zax Restaurant. Free parking is available along Main Street and the nearby side streets.
What to expect
All outfitters in Moab operate on the same sections of the Colorado River, sometimes called Fisher Towers, Castle Valley, or the Moab Daily. While the names may vary, this honest review of the most iconic stretch of river is known for its towering red rock formations and wide open views.
Meet us at 97 S. Main Street in downtown Moab, and you will head to the river. Once on the water, enjoy a mix of calm floating and seasonal splashy rapids as you take in the scenery. This section typically features Class I and II rapids, with occasional Class III rapids during higher water earlier in the season.
With over 45 years of experience, our team delivers a smooth, well-run Colorado River experience. Your guide will handle the navigation while sharing insights into the geology, history, and landscape that make this area so unique. This trip is about 4.5 hours door-to-door with about 2.5 hours on the river.
