While entry is granted in the vast majority of cases, on rare occasions the Parliament may deny or suspend visits with short notice — for example due to official state events, security reasons, or full capacity. In such cases, we will always try to offer an alternative first (such as rescheduling the visit to later the same day or the next day, subject to your availability). If no suitable alternative can be arranged, we will provide a full refund for the tour.
