The Kogelberg Nature Reserve is one of the Cape's most beautiful. Bobbing down the Palmiet River has got be the most fun way to experience the views and vegetation that this reserve is famous for.
What's Included
Qualified guide, tube, PFD, helmet
River shoes - booties, trainers or outdoor sandals that can get wet(not crocs or slip ons), wetsuit

Your guide will meet you in the parking area in front of the CapeNature Oudebosch office.
End point
This activity ends back at the meeting point.
What to expect
You will start off by changing into your wetsuits, PFDs and helmets. The walk in to the river is about 1km through beautiful fynbos vegetation. Your guide will give you a thorough safety brieifing before you set off floating down the river and tackling the small, fun rapids. At the end, we'll shuttle you back to the meeting point.

- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
