This session is suitable right across the board, catering for beginner to advanced surfers. It doesn’t matter if you are just starting out, or a competitive surfer, there is always something to learn. Our private surf lessons is customised to our participants experience, skills and needs. We have a range of coaches that are real surfers to teach real surfing. Private Sessions run for two hours and include all equipment, or alternatively, you can use your own. During the session, the coach will check-out your board to make sure it’s suitable and giving you the best opportunity to progress. Another positive of a private session, is that it gives us the flexibility to look around and find the best waves and conditions on the day.

At TSA, we believe there’s always something new to learn. The ocean is always changing. Every wave, every session and every day is different—that’s what keeps us coming back for more. Gally has spent a lifetime in the ocean, winning multiple Victorian and Australian titles, yet he still loves the challenge of learning something new every time he paddles out. Our private lessons are designed to help you discover what’s next in your own surfing journey.
Your two-hour session includes all equipment, although you’re welcome to bring your own board if you prefer. Your coach will help you choose the right equipment, fine-tune your technique and, if conditions allow, take you to the beach best suited to your ability on the day. Whether you’re learning the basics or chasing your next breakthrough, we’ll help you get there—one wave at a time.
