What to expect
Discover the wines of Domaine Specht, authentic independent Alsatian winemaker, during a unique gastronomic experience in the heart of Colmar.
During this guided tasting, let yourself be introduced to the Alsatian grape varieties, terroirs, wine traditions and the subtleties of wine pairings through a selection of 5 wines from Domaine Specht, carefully commented on by a passionate animator.
The tasting includes: Creaming as an aperitif, Smoked salmon Rillettes with dill & Riesling, Peasant bacon butternut spread & Pinot-Gris, Tapenade with foie gras and honey & Gewurztraminer, Deer terrine with hazelnuts & Pinot-Noir.
A generous and gourmet tasting - including Crémant premium, Grand Cru or Late Harvest (adjustable selection according to taste) - in a friendly and elegant atmosphere.
After the guided tasting, extend the experience freely thanks to our autonomous tasting area: you will have access to our wine distributors to discover up to 12 wines from Domaine Specht in total.
