    Day 1

    (Thursday) LISBON-MERIDA-SEVILLA (480 km)

    Departure from Lisbon at 7:30 a.m. towards the Spanish border to arrive in Merida. Free time to explore its impressive archaeological complex, featuring the Roman Theatre and Amphitheatre, both declared UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Lunch at leisure. Afterwards, we continue along the “Autovía de la Plata” (Silver Route) towards Andalucia to arrive in Sevilla. Dinner and accommodations.

    (Friday) SEVILLA

    Breakfast. Morning city sightseeing tour, including María Luisa Park, Plaza de España, the exterior of the city’s stunning Cathedral and its bell tower, called Giralda and the typical neighborhood of Santa Cruz with its streets, squares and narrow alleys. If you wish, you can optionally navigate the Guadalquivir river, during which you will enjoy a panoramic view of the Gold Tower and Expo 92, or visit to the Maestranza bullring. Lunch at your own.     Breakfast. Panoramic sightseeing tour of Porto, a city declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, including the cathedral, the Stock Exchange, and the Church of Santa Clara, ending with a visit to a local wine cellar to taste the world-renowned “Port wine.” Rest of the day at leisure.     (Thursday) PORTO - COIMBRA - FATIMA - LISBON (338 km)

    Breakfast and departure to Coimbra, home to one of the oldest universities in Europe and birthplace of fado. Free time. We continue to Fátima, an important pilgrimage centre. Free time to visit the Basilica and Sanctuary. Afterwards, we proceed to Lisbon, the capital of Portugal. Arrival and end of our services.
