We kick off the journey with a scenic drive over Mount Igeldo before descending into the tranquil fishing village of Orio.
Next, we traverse one of the region's prime Txakoli wine-growing routes and make a stop for unforgettable photos over Zarautz, followed by a fascinating look at an old steel cargo bay.
The adventure continues along the breathtaking coastline to Getaria, a town famous as the birthplace of explorer Juan Sebastián Elcano and fashion icon Cristóbal Balenciaga. After parking at the bustling fishing port, we'll walk up to its key monuments and watch local chefs prepare their renowned, charcoal-grilled fish right on the streets.
Finally, we head to Zumaia to drive up and explore the magnificent Flysch rock formations—a dramatic geological marvel made famous as a filming location for Game of Thrones.
