Take a refreshing swim, stretch out under the shade or simply enjoy the view with a margarita in hand. When hunger calls, choose from freshly prepared favorites like coconut shrimp, ceviche, quesadillas and nachos, then head right back to the beach for more time by the Caribbean.

Meet Your Driver: Your driver will meet you just outside the main access to Costa Maya Port. Look for Gabriel or Ruth near a welcome board displaying your name. Pickup Time: Pickup is scheduled one hour after your cruise ship arrives, with the earliest pickup at 9:00 AM Ship Time.

Begin your beach day just minutes from Costa Maya Port. With transportation, meet your driver outside the port for the short ride to the beach club. First pickup is 9:00 AM Ship Time or one hour after your ship arrives, whichever is later. Self-arrival guests head directly to Mahahual. Settle into your guaranteed lounge chair with shade under a palapa or umbrella and enjoy the Caribbean at your own pace. From here, the day is yours. Cool off with a margarita, an ice-cold beer or your favorite drink from the full open bar, swim in the Caribbean or simply relax by the sea. Kayaks and snorkeling gear may be available, subject to availability. When hunger calls, choose from freshly prepared favorites like coconut shrimp, quesadillas, nachos or fresh ceviche, enjoyed just steps from the sea. Then enjoy more time to swim, relax and enjoy the Caribbean. Guests with transportation ride back to Costa Maya Port, while self-arrival guests depart from the beach club.

- Walking Time: Please note that the total walking time from your cruise ship to the meeting point is approximately 15 minutes.
- Self-Arrival: If you selected the option without transportation, make your own way directly to the beach club in the heart of Mahahual’s boardwalk. Detailed directions will be provided after booking.
- Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather.
- Beach Conditions: Seaweed, water clarity, waves and other beach or sea conditions are natural and may vary depending on weather and seasonal conditions.
- Water Activities: Kayaks and snorkeling gear are subject to availability. Water activities may be restricted by local authorities due to wind, lightning or other unsafe weather conditions.
- What to Bring: Bring a towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, hat and comfortable beachwear. We also recommend some cash for gratuities, souvenirs, paddleboard rentals, massages and other personal purchases.
- Open Bar: Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly and in moderation.
- Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
- Transportation can accommodate foldable or collapsible wheelchairs only. Non-folding wheelchairs cannot be accommodated in the vehicle. Guests should be able to transfer in and out of the vehicle with assistance from their party if needed.
