Pick-up services are only available for hotels located in the Cancun hotel zone and downtown area. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed after booking.
Pick-up services from Playa del Carmen and the Mayan Riviera are not included. Guests staying in these areas will need to arrive directly at the marina on the day of their tour.
