Meet us at Restaurant Palmeras, conveniently located in the heart of downtown Cozumel, directly across from the Playa del Carmen Ferry Terminal. Travelers arriving by cruise ship must provide the full name of their ship when booking. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure.
What to expect
Your 2.5-hour tasting tour begins at Restaurant Palmeras in the heart of downtown Cozumel. Meet your guide and take a short walk through town to Cozumel’s first craft brewery.
Go behind the scenes for a brief introduction to the brewing process and discover the care that goes into every batch. Then, sit down to sample four locally brewed beers, each served as a 4-ounce tasting and accompanied by fresh guacamole and crispy tortilla chips.
From the brewery, continue on foot to a tucked-away local mezcal bar, where four gourmet tacos featuring seasonal flavors await. As you eat, your guide will introduce you to Mexico’s ancestral agave spirit and lead you through three distinct mezcals, revealing the flavors and character behind each pour.
The experience ends on a sweeter note with a local dessert paired with a sweet mezcal. Afterward, walk back to Restaurant Palmeras, perfectly located for exploring more of downtown Cozumel before returning to your cruise ship.
