Your Costa Maya beach day starts the moment you step ashore. Choose the option that works best for you and we’ll make getting to the beach easy. If you selected round-trip transportation, meet your driver just outside Costa Maya Port and enjoy the short ride to the beach club. First pickup is at 9:00 AM Ship Time or one hour after your ship arrives, whichever is later. Prefer to arrive on your own? With the self-arrival option, simply head directly to the beach club using the easy-to-follow directions provided after booking.

2Playa Mahahual
Arrive at your Caribbean beachfront escape and settle into your reserved beach bed overlooking the calm waters of the Natural Reef Pool. Attentive service, great food and plenty of time by the sea set the pace for your day. Choose the package that matches your beach day: Silver Package: Keep it easy with your choice of lunch and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, enjoyed just steps from the Caribbean. Gold Package: Add some vacation spirit with lunch and unlimited traditional cocktails, spirits and beer throughout your stay. Platinum Package: Take it up a level with premium dining choices and unlimited traditional and signature cocktails, spirits and beer. Then enjoy the Caribbean your way — swim in the calm protected waters, relax on your beach bed, enjoy another drink or linger over lunch with the sea in front of you. With transportation, finish with the short ride back to Costa Maya Port. Self-arrival guests depart directly from the beach club.

- Walking Time: Please allow approximately 15 minutes to walk from your cruise ship to the meeting point.

- Package Selection: Your food and beverage inclusions depend on the Silver, Gold or Platinum Package selected at booking. Alcoholic beverages are not included with Silver.
- Rain or Shine: This experience operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather.
- Beach Conditions: Seaweed, water clarity, waves and other beach or sea conditions are natural and may vary depending on weather and seasonal conditions.
- Water Activities: Kayaks and paddleboards are available at an additional cost and subject to availability. Water activities may be restricted due to wind, lightning or other unsafe weather conditions.
- What to Bring: Bring a towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, hat and comfortable beachwear. Extra cash is recommended for gratuities, rentals, massages and personal purchases.
- No Port, No Pay: If your cruise ship does not call at Costa Maya Port, you will receive a full refund.
- Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
- Wheelchairs: The beach club is wheelchair accessible. Transportation can accommodate foldable or collapsible wheelchairs only; non-folding wheelchairs cannot be accommodated in the vehicle.

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
