Meeting and pickup
With Transportation: Hotel pickup is available from selected hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and the Tourist Corridor. Please provide your hotel or accommodation name at the time of booking. Transportation must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. Please be ready 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Without Transportation / No Hotel Information: Guests who select the Without Transportation option, or who do not provide accommodation information at the time of booking, must meet at Pez Gato, Plaza Gali, Blvd. Paseo de la Marina, Local 39, Cabo San Lucas, 20 minutes before departure.
Cruise Guests: Meet at Pez Gato, Plaza Gali, across the marina from the cruise tender pier, 20 minutes before departure.
Seasonal Tour: Operates December 15 through March 31 only.
Please be at our check-in desk at least 20 minutes prior to departure. The Check-in desk is located in Gali Plaza (local 39) across from the entrance to the Hotel Sandos Finisterra. Our staff will be wearing khaki slacks and white polo shirt.
What to expect
This seasonal tour operates December 15 through March 31, during Baja California’s whale migration. Choose our 9:00 AM or 12:00 PM departure and head into the Pacific in search of humpback and gray whales
Keep your eyes on the water — you may see whales breaching, surfacing, blowing or swimming with their calves. Every trip is different, and you never know where the next whale will appear
Our expert crew helps you spot these magnificent creatures and shares fascinating insights into their behavior, migration and species. Along the way, enjoy views of the Los Cabos coastline and famous Arch of Cabo San Lucas
In the morning, enjoy egg burritos, fruit salad and coffee. At noon, savor mini baguettes and fruit salad. Throughout the cruise, enjoy a full open bar with beer, tequila, mezcal, spirits, sodas and juices
After two incredible hours on the water, return to the marina. Guests with transportation return to their hotel, while cruise guests and independent travelers finish at the marina

- Tour Duration: Approximately 3.5 hours including transportation. The cruise itself is approximately 2 hours dock-to-dock.
- Transportation: Roundtrip pickup is available from selected hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and the Tourist Corridor when the transportation option is selected.

- Cruise Guests: Meet at Plaza Gali, across the marina from the cruise tender pier, 20 minutes before departure.
- Whale Watching: Whales are wild animals. Sightings, species and behavior cannot be guaranteed.
- Children: Families are welcome. Life jackets are available upon request for children ages 8+. For children under 8, please bring an appropriate life jacket.
- Adult Beverage Policy: Guests must be 18+ to consume alcohol.
- Weather: Operates rain or shine. Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather conditions. If the Port Authority closes the port to navigation, you will receive a full refund.
- Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up are not eligible for a refund.
- Suitable for handicap people but there is not wheelchair access.
- Accessibility: Only foldable/collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated in transportation. The tour itself is not wheelchair accessible.
