Choose the 5-Hour El Cielo Full Experience to sail through Cozumel National Marine Park, part of the world’s second-largest barrier reef system. The 4-Hour Sail & Snorkel option explores beautiful reefs closer to town, leaving time to enjoy the island afterward.

Meeting and pickup
We will meet you at Marina ASIPONA (formerly Marina Fonatur), Carretera Costera Sur km 6.5. Our host will greet you at the marina entrance. After confirmation, we’ll send easy-to-follow instructions. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure for a smooth check-in.
What to expect
The 5-Hour El Cielo Full Experience is the signature route, with guided snorkeling at reefs such as Palancar and Colombia before continuing to El Cielo. Swim in shallow turquoise water, observe starfish in their natural habitat, or enjoy the paddleboard and floating water mat while your crew keeps the food and drinks coming.
To sail while leaving time to explore the island at your leisure, choose the 4-Hour Sail & Snorkel option. Snorkel at Paradise or Dzul-Ha, swim and relax at a secluded cove or beach, then return to the marina with time to explore before heading back to your ship.
Whichever option you choose, the catamaran is exclusively yours—perfect for celebrating something special or simply enjoying time together.
As we sail back, savor a freshly prepared lunch, top-shelf drinks, and island views. We’ll return to Marina ASIPONA, where our crew will help you disembark, leaving you with amazing memories of your day on the water.

- IMPORTANT: El Cielo is included only with the 5-Hour El Cielo Full Experience. The 4-Hour Sail & Snorkel option visits reefs closer to the marina.
- Cruise Ship Information: Travelers arriving by cruise ship must provide the full name of their ship and scheduled docking time when booking.
- Transportation: Transportation is not included. Guests must make their own way to Marina ASIPONA and arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
- Scheduled Departures: Departure times are fixed, and the catamaran cannot be held for late arrivals.
- Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.
- No Port, No Pay: Receive a full refund if your cruise ship does not call at Cozumel at all.
- Weather Policy: The tour operates rain or shine. Brief tropical showers are common in the Caribbean and do not normally affect the charter.
- Port Closures: If the Port Authority closes the marina and the charter cannot operate, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Route Conditions: Reef locations and the day’s route may change according to weather, currents, and sea conditions.
- Catamaran Facilities: The catamaran features three air-conditioned cabins, two full bathrooms, and shaded interior and exterior areas.
- Professional Crew: Your charter is operated by an experienced crew that includes PADI-certified dive professionals.
- What to Bring: Bring swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. Towels and snorkeling equipment are provided.
- Reef Protection: Please use biodegradable, reef-safe sunscreen to help protect Cozumel’s coral reefs and marine life.
- Drinks & Dietary Requests: Let us know your preferred drinks, dietary preferences, and food allergies in advance so everything can be prepared for your group.
- Alcohol Policy: Guests must be 18 or older to consume alcoholic beverages. A valid photo ID may be required.
