Meet your guide at Restaurant Palmeras in Downtown Cozumel, directly across from the Playa del Carmen Ferry Terminal. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Cruise guests must provide their ship’s full name and docking time when booking.

Meet your guide at Restaurant Palmeras and head to Cozumel’s Municipal Market, where the island’s everyday flavors come together under one roof. Browse colorful produce and spice stalls, meet local vendors, and learn about the ingredients behind some of Mexico’s most recognizable tacos. Then choose two tacos from the day’s selection, with options such as carnitas, al pastor, or chorizo. It’s your first taste of the local food scene and the beginning of a route that moves well beyond the waterfront.

Continue to two local favorites, each known for a different specialty. First, bite into two breaded shrimp tacos, fried until crisp and finished with fresh toppings and a zesty sauce that brings a Caribbean touch to this Mexican classic.
