Using the iconic Italian rolling pin, you'll prepare golden tagliatelle (or linguine) and discover the secrets of one of Romagna's most beloved stuffed pasta shapes: Cappelletti Romagnoli, carefully folded by hand.

To end on a sweet note, you'll create Zuppa Inglese, one of the region's most treasured desserts, made with layers of liqueur-soaked sponge cake and velvety vanilla and chocolate custard.
