Your class begins with the preparation of traditional egg pasta dough using simple fresh ingredients and time-honored techniques typical of Emilia-Romagna cuisine. Guided step by step by your local host, you will learn how to knead, roll, shape, and cut pasta by hand just like Italian grandmothers have done for generations. Depending on the selected menu, you will prepare different pasta shapes and sauces while discovering the traditions, stories, and culinary secrets behind each recipe. You’ll practice techniques for filled pasta, long pasta, and traditional regional shapes while learning how different sauces perfectly match each preparation. The experience is fully hands-on and designed to be interactive, relaxed, and suitable for all skill levels. With a maximum of only 4 participants, every guest receives personal attention and plenty of time to practice.
