Your journey begins at the ancient entrance of the castle, where you will explore centuries of history through noble courtyards, fortified walls, and panoramic vineyard views. During the visit, discover fascinating architectural details including the sixteenth-century bridge designed by Baldassare Peruzzi and the historic Chapel of the Virgin of the Veil, which still preserves a relic associated with the Virgin Mary.
The experience continues through the estate’s renowned Brunello vineyards and atmospheric medieval cellars, where you will learn about the winemaking process, the unique characteristics of the territory, and the traditions that have shaped Brunello di Montalcino for generations.
The tour concludes in the castle’s historic tasting room with a guided tasting of three wines, including Brunello di Montalcino, Rosso di Montalcino, and an IGT Tuscan wine, accompanied by local snacks and breadsticks.
