What to expect

The tour begins with a relaxed walk through the farm's vineyard and olive grove, where your host will introduce you to the land and its rhythms — the vines, the trees, and the seasons that shape everything on the table.

You will visit the semi-wild enclosure where the Cinta Senese pigs live freely — a rare heritage breed from the Siena area, recognisable by its striking black coat and distinctive white belt. Your host will tell you the story of this ancient breed, once at risk of extinction, and why its preservation matters. Meet "Ciro", the farm's beloved domestic pig, and the whole muddy, playful company.
A peek inside the farm's small cantina, where the curing and aging process of the Cinta Senese salumi takes place.

Sit down to a generous spread of house-cured Cinta Senese salumi, Pecorino di Pienza with organic jams, and panzanella or bruschetta — paired with a glass of Montepulciano red wine. When the season allows, the table is also graced with fruit and vegetables harvested fresh from the farm's kitchen garden. The experience closes sweetly with cantucci and coffee.
