For travelers meeting us at the airport, after exiting customs please leave the terminal through the right-side exit and walk outside towards Café Baretto, where our driver will be waiting holding a sign with your name.

What to expect
After booking, we will request your flight details and/or pickup location in Guatemala City in order to properly schedule the service.
On the day of travel, our professional driver will meet you at La Aurora International Airport (GUA) or pick you up from your hotel in Guatemala City, according to your reservation. For airport pickups, the meeting point will be outside the terminal near Café Baretto.
The service is operated as a private, door-to-door ground transfer by bus, exclusively for your group, providing a comfortable and direct journey to your hotel or Airbnb in Antigua Guatemala.
Travel time may vary due to traffic, road works, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
