You are at our home in the countryside,in the true and authentic atmosphere of the Salento countryside. Here the spontaneous plants become cocktails that look like "magic potions", in a perfect alchemy between the world of nature and the world of the bar and mixology.
You will understand how mixology can become "wild" and how plants can be harvested, dried and transformed into infusions, flavored syrups and liqueurs, to be drunk alone or mixed.
You may find yourself behind a table preparing your own wild cocktail, guided by Elia's art!

Meeting and pickup
The experience takes place in our country house. From Largo Castello in Lequile it will be our pleasure to provide you with all the information to reach us.
What to expect
We start with a walk in the countryside, to discover spontaneous plants and more, which we use for the preparation of our liquid ingredients (infusions, syrups, liqueurs, bitters, cocktails).
Among stories, anecdotes and ancient uses of plants, guests will take a dip in the fascinating world of "wild foraging", to experience the typical day of the "wild forager" and maybe pick some herbs.
After the walk, in a very special place, we will guide you in tasting wild liqueurs and you will learn how to prepare a "wild cocktail".
