We begin with this simple pleasure in the soft afternoon light, enjoying a warm pancake or a refined pastry, letting the flavors gently accompany the walk.
We will then take a look at the beautiful mansions of the Marais, once houses of aristocracy along Rue des Francs-Bourgeois, now turned into museums. Among them, Inn de Sully and Inn Salé reveal a refined and historic atmosphere.
Passing through their gateways, we discover numerous courtyards turned into little bohemian gardens, peaceful and hidden from the city.
And indeed, along the way, the modern food and pastries of Paris appear—blending creativity with tradition—as the stroll continues toward the elegance of Place des Vosges in the gentle afternoon light.
