Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals without notice are treated as cancellations and may incur fees.

Restrictions: Ages 3–59 for SUP, 3–65 for canoe. No pregnant women, kids under 3, medical conditions, or over 100kg.
Safety & Fees: Life jackets mandatory. Parking fee (1,000–2,000 yen) may apply. No restrooms. No alcohol. Guided in English/Japanese.

- Guests with hearing or visual impairments cannot participate alone. You must be accompanied by a helper or interpreter, and please consult us in advance.
- If you have other medical conditions, a fever, or injuries, you generally cannot participate. If symptoms are minor and you still wish to join, you must notify us in advance.
