Be part of this Cultural Rescue program created to preserve the livelihood of the Ranchero Californio.
This experience is designed to show you the living of los Cabos native’s community.
Visiting a true Baja Ranch and sharing the living of its people for an entire afternoon will give you a new perspective of our beloved tourist destination.

Learn how to harvest and prepare nopales, explore their history, properties, and role in the local economy, then join a traditional cook in a hands-on cooking workshop to transform your harvest into delicious traditional cactus tacos.
