What to expect
It includes a visit of the La Boquería market you will do with our chef that you will do with our chef and he will explain from anecdotes about the sellers themselves to the history of Catalan gastronomy and its traditions.
Also included is a tasting of 10 Tapas accompanied by different wines and an explanation of Spanish gastronomy through these Tapas. A "Sangría" Preparation Workshop is also included, with Cava or wine.
All participants cook all the dishes on the Menu. For example, a Paella is cooked for every 2-3 participants. They are small groups of 11 participants.
