Beginning at the ancient Gothic doorway of Southwark Cathedral, your guide sets the historical stage before leading the group into the market's Victorian ironwork & cobbled lanes.
Along the way, five tastings capture the best flavours of the market: from a sizzling chorizo roll to a classic fish butty, topped off with a drink among new acquaintances. By the end, you will have eaten the equivalent of a very diverse lunch, & perhaps found a connection worth keeping.
