Start at 05:30 AM with a private pick-up and a seamless transfer to your speedboat, following the same early departure schedule as our Early Morning Group Speedboat Tour, with the speedboat departing no later than 06:00 AM. Setting off ahead of the crowds allows you to experience the Komodo National Park in a more peaceful setting, without feeling rushed.
We believe that for many travelers, visiting Komodo National Park may be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. That is why we have designed this private tour around punctuality, professionalism, comfort, and flexibility — offering the same early-start advantage as our group tour, with the added benefit of a more exclusive experience and greater freedom to enjoy the journey according to your preferences.
The return to Labuan Bajo is flexible, usually around 4:00 PM, allowing you to return earlier or later depending on your preferences and the conditions throughout the day.

What to expect
Your day begins with a private hotel pick-up at 05:30 AM, with your speedboat departing no later than 06:00 AM. Designed to get ahead of the crowds, this early start allows you to experience Komodo National Park in a more peaceful setting, with more time to enjoy its iconic destinations without feeling rushed.
Our first stop is Padar Island, known for its breathtaking, three-colored beaches—white, pink, and black. After a moderately challenging trek to the famous viewpoint, you’ll enjoy panoramic vistas and capture incredible photos of this iconic landscape.
Next, we visit Pink Beach, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the clear blue waters. Then, we continue to Komodo Island, where, guided by experienced rangers, you’ll take a walk to see the famous Komodo dragons.
Afterward, we head to Taka Makasar, a peaceful sandbar ideal for relaxing and snorkeling, followed by Manta Point, where you may swim alongside manta rays. Our final stop is Siaba Island, known for its vibrant underwater world, abundant with sea turtles and tropical fish.
In the afternoon, we return to Labuan Bajo, where our team will escort you back to your hotel or airport.

- As Komodo National Park now limits visitors to 1,000 people per day, entry slots are limited and fill quickly. To secure your visit, we will pre-book your entry using our own funds, with a total park fee of IDR 450,000 per person (IDR 250,000 SIORA fee reimbursed upon arrival and IDR 200,000 ranger fee paid in cash on arrival). We will first request your approval, and once confirmed, proceed with the booking. Please note that while our tour is free to cancel up to 24 hours before departure, the SIORA ticket is non-refundable and must still be reimbursed once booked, except in cases of bad weather where the Harbor Master does not allow sailing to the park.
- If you are catching an afternoon flight after the tour, please bring your luggage with you and store it in the shuttle car. The same car will take you straight to the airport once the tour ends.

- Guests planning to bring a drone to Komodo National Park must inform us at least 5 days in advance, hold a valid drone flying certification, and obtain a permit costing 2.5 million rupiah, which we must pay upfront and can be reimbursed upon your arrival. Please let us know if you’d like our assistance.
- All departures are subject to approval from the Harbor Master. Weather conditions such as rain alone do not determine cancellation. As long as the Harbor Master confirms that conditions are safe and grants permission to sail, the tour will proceed as scheduled. However, if conditions are deemed unsafe and permission is not granted, the tour will be cancelled and a full refund will be provided.
