After Bhaktapur, we will visit ancient and historical Panauti village.

Panauti is the historical place listed as UNESCO tentative site since 1996. It consists of variety of Buddhist and Hindu religious monuments. Panauti is full of culture and tradition that visitors will often find colorful stones,petals and other items on the pavement to welcome everybody with great hospitality. Stay overnight there.

Day 3
After morning breakfast, from Panauti, we will go to Balthai and Patan. Stay overnight at Kathmandu.

Patan (Lalitpur)

Day 4
In the morning,after taking breakfast, we will visit Dakshinkali, Bungmati, Khokana and stop in Thimi.

Dakshinkali is 22 km away from Kathmandu. It is one of the best place for hikers because it leads upwards gradually through pine forest. On the way, we find two historical caves and reaching at the hilltop of Dakshinkali, you can explore the beautiful sight of forest and the village.

Bungmati is the cultural village 10km away from Kathmandu. It is the socially and culturally very traditional Newari village isolated from modern life. This village is famous for traditional woodcarving and farming.

Khokana is a small typical newari village where the traditional craftsmanship still takes an important role. In this village, people are still seen spinning wool, winnowing rice,stitching and tailoring clothes,crushing and harvesting mustard seeds. Khokana is famous for its production of mustard oil. After visiting Khokana, we will stop at Thimi and stay overnight there.

Thimi is one of the ancient, cultural and historical places along the trade route from Bhaktapur to Kathmandu.It lies in between Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur. This village is situated on elevated land so one has to climb up to reach it. Thimi is famous for Pottery and cultural programs like Bisket Jatra, Gai Jatra and other dancing Jatras. Chitwan National Park

It has the second largest population of species in the world and a prime habitat for rare Bengal Tiger and great one-horned Rhinoceros.
