Depending on weather conditions and wildlife movements, we help guests choose the most suitable safari experience at Minneriya, Kaudulla, or Hurulu Eco Park for the best possible wildlife viewing opportunities.
Each booking includes a safari at one national park only, with a choice of morning or afternoon departure. Please mention your preferred park when booking.
Your 4x4 jeep safari begins at the park's main entrance. Complimentary hotel pickup is available within 10 km of the entrance in Habarana or Minneriya.
Morning safaris begin at 5:30 AM, while afternoon safaris start at 1:00 PM.

Minneriya National Park is a wildlife sanctuary located in Sri Lanka, famous for its large population of Asian elephants. A half-day safari in this park offers visitors the opportunity to witness these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat, as well as a variety of other wildlife such as Leopard, deer, buffalo, monkeys, and various species of birds. The safari typically lasts for about 4 hours include pickup and Drop-off, with experienced guides taking visitors on a thrilling ride through the park's rugged terrain in vehicles. The park is especially popular during the dry season when elephants gather around the park's central reservoir, offering a unique and unforgettable experience for wildlife enthusiasts and nature lovers.
