The exact pickup time depends on the location of each hotel or meeting point. One day before the tour, we will send the confirmed time and point via WhatsApp or the reservation contact details. Show up 10 minutes early and keep your phone available. The transport is shared, so there may be small variations in the route. In some hotels in downtown Cancun or hard-to-reach locations, a nearby point will be assigned. For hotels in the Riviera Maya, we offer pickup between Cancun and Dreams Tulum. In Tulum, the meeting point is Super Akí at 9:15. From Cozumel, you must take the 7:00 ferry and meet us in Playa del Carmen, next to the terminal.

    When you arrive at Chichen Itza, join a guided tour that will allow you to know the most impressive attractions of the archeological site. Marvel at the mysterious pyramid of Kukulkan and listen to your guide as he explains about his role in pre-Columbian Mayan civilization. A few meters away, take a look at the largest ball court on the continent and imagine the old players entertained in a game of pok ta pok, a ritual that was practiced throughout the Mayan Empire.
