4Mount Papandayan
Mt. Papandayan Golden Sunrise & Journey Back Wake up before dawn for a moderate, guided trek up Mount Papandayan. As the sun rises, you will witness a spectacular golden glow illuminating the active, steaming sulfur craters and the surreal landscape of the 'Dead Forest' (Hutan Mati). After descending, we will enjoy a hearty traditional Sundanese lunch. Before we leave Garut, we can make a quick optional stop to buy authentic local souvenirs (like 'Dodol').
