Great Sphinx
The Great Sphinx of Giza is one of the world’s most iconic monuments and a symbol of Ancient Egypt. Carved from a single massive limestone outcrop over 4,500 years ago, the Sphinx features the body of a lion and the head of a pharaoh, representing strength, wisdom, and royal power. Step Pyramid of Djoser
The Step Pyramid of Djoser is the world’s oldest monumental stone structure and the first pyramid ever built in Ancient Egypt. Located in the Saqqara Necropolis, about 30 km (19 miles) south of Cairo, it was constructed around 2670 BC during the Third Dynasty for King Djoser. Designed by the brilliant architect Imhotep, the Step Pyramid marked a revolutionary moment in architecture by transforming the traditional flat-roofed mastaba tomb into a six-tiered pyramid. This groundbreaking design became the foundation for the later pyramids at Dahshur and Giza.

Mit Rahina Museum
Mit Rahina (Ancient Memphis) Mit Rahina is a small village located about 25 km (16 miles) south of Cairo and is the site of Ancient Memphis, the first capital of unified Egypt. Founded by King Menes (Narmer) around 3100 BC, Memphis served as the political, religious, and cultural center of Egypt for centuries. Today, Mit Rahina is home to the Memphis Open-Air Museum, where visitors can admire remarkable monuments that have survived from this once-great city.
