Meeting and pickup
Hotel pickup and drop-off are available in Marrakech. Please provide your hotel or riad name and location when booking.
For guests staying in the Medina, our driver will meet you at the nearest accessible meeting point, as many streets in the old Medina are pedestrian-only.
For hotels outside the Medina, we can arrange pickup directly from the hotel entrance whenever accessible.
Please be ready at the agreed pickup time. Your exact pickup time and meeting point will be confirmed after booking.
If you are staying in a riad, please make sure we have the correct riad name and location so we can arrange the easiest meeting point for you.
Pickup is available for both individuals and groups.
