What to expect
Airport Pickup:
After disembarking from the plane, clearing customs, and collecting your luggage, proceed directly to the tourist shuttle area outside the terminal. Your assigned driver will be waiting there with a sign displaying your name. Once you locate your driver, they will assist with your luggage and escort you to your comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle, stocked with complimentary bottled water.
Hotel Pickup:
If your pickup is from a hotel or resort, please wait in the main lobby or designated valet area at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Please keep your phone available in case your driver needs to contact you. Look for the driver or vehicle displaying your name; once met, your driver will handle your bags and guide you to your private vehicle.
En Route & Arrival:
Once you are comfortably seated and all luggage is safely loaded, your driver will begin the direct journey to the port of Chiquilá. Upon arrival, the driver will drop you off directly near the main pier, where you can conveniently purchase your ferry tickets for Holbox.
