Meeting and pickup
Transfer from Airport – Meeting with the Driver
The driver will wait for you inside the airport hall with a sign with your name on it.
Domestic flights : the vehicle will be available 30 min after landing.
International flights : available 45 min after landing.
A 15-minute tolerance is included; an additional fee may apply.
Within 24 hours before arrival, you will receive a WhatsApp message from your local provider where you must write when you pick up your bag to coordinate the meeting. For this reason we need the contact phone to be correct.
If your flight changes or you travel with a wheelchair, inform me urgently by WhatsApp.
Flight changes or delays must be reported up to 6 hours prior to arrival. There may be extra charges and the service is subject to availability.
Baggage allowed:
Auto : up to 2 bags (23 kg) + 2 carry-on bags per vehicle.

What to expect
Once the reservation is made, the service is confirmed with the information provided: date, flight time, hotel address, number of passengers and luggage.
2. Prior contact
A local Rosario provider will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours prior to service to confirm details and coordinate pick-up point and time.
3. Day of service
Airport → Hotel : the driver will keep track of the flight and wait in the arrivals area, after the baggage removal.
Hotel → Airport : the driver will show up at the lobby (asking for the owner) or outside the property at confirmed times.
4. Transfer
The trip is done privately and directly, without intermediate stops or other passengers.
5. Completion
The service concludes with arrival at the agreed destination (hotel or airport) and disembarkation of the passenger at the set point.
