You'll drive from Nairobi through the Great Rift Valley on your way to Masai Mara Game Reserve, stopping for a lunch along the route. After arriving at camp, you'll head out on a game drive to look for lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, and buffalo across the plains before returning for dinner.
This is a full day in Masai Mara where you'll travel across grasslands and rolling hills searching for the park's large herds, black-maned lions, leopards, cheetahs, and elephants. Picnic Lunch happens at the Mara River, which marks the Kenya-Tanzania border and hosts the yearly wildebeest migration. After eating, you'll continue game viewing through different sections before heading back to camp for dinner.
After breakfast you'll leave Masai Mara and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park with lunch en route. Once there, a game drive takes you around the lake where you can see flamingoes, waterbuck, rhinos, and buffalo. After bird and game viewing, you'll check into your hotel with private facilities.
You'll leave Lake Nakuru after breakfast and travel to Amboseli National Park by way of Nairobi, stopping for a picnic lunch. Upon arrival, an afternoon game drive lets you see animals when they're most active. Weather permitting, Mount Kilimanjaro will be visible with its snowcapped peaks.
You'll spend the full day exploring Amboseli, known for its large elephant herds and views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Keep an eye out for giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, and various bird species. The western section has Lake Amboseli, which is typically dry outside rainy seasons.
After breakfast you'll leave Amboseli and head to the Namanga border crossing between Kenya and Tanzania for immigration and customs. From there you'll continue to Arusha, arriving in time for lunch. Then you'll proceed to Lake Manyara for an afternoon game drive where tree-climbing lions can be spotted. Dinner and overnight stay are at Twiga Campsite or similar
