For passengers arranging a pickup at Orlando International Airport (MCO), your designated pickup location will depend on your arrival terminal.
For Terminals A and B, please proceed to the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1) after collecting your luggage.
Terminal A: Ground Transportation Level (Level 1) — Spot A27
Terminal B: Ground Transportation Level (Level 1) — Spot B84
Terminal C: Designated pickup area — Spot C272
To ensure a smooth pickup experience, please keep your mobile phone fully charged, turned on, and accessible. You will receive important driver status notifications, including driver assignment, driver en route, arrival updates, and other pickup-related information.
Please monitor your text messages and follow the instructions provided by your driver or our dispatch team.
Your driver will meet you at the designated pickup spot assigned to your terminal.
For those who require hotel pickups, kindly remain at the main lobby or registration office 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time. As always, please keep a close eye on your mobile phone for any updates from the driver. Thank you for your cooperation, and we wish you a safe and pleasant journey.
What to expect
1. After passport control and baggage claim make your way to the Ground Transportation Level
2. Head to the meeting point for your terminal as follow:
2.1 Terminal A: Meeting Point A-10 Level 1
2.2 Terminal B: Meeting Point B-10 Level 1
2.2 Terminal C: Meeting Point C-282 Level 1
3. Look out for your driver who will be holding a sign with your name on it.
4. Please keep always your mobile phone ON for driver's status notifications via SMS.
5. Once you are in our vehcile the ride will take around 50 minutes and we will drop you off right at your cruise ship.
