To help keep every journey running smoothly, your personal host will wait up to 15 minutes after your scheduled pickup time.
• If you need additional waiting time, we'll do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.
• Please note that any wait beyond the complimentary 15 minutes will be subject to an additional waiting fee.

Before Your Service
One day before your scheduled transportation, you'll receive a text message with:

• Direct phone number
• Pickup confirmation
This allows you to communicate directly with your host if needed.
SJU Airport Pickup
• Your personal host will greet you inside the baggage claim area holding a sign with the name provided on your reservation.
• If your flight is delayed, don't worry—we monitor all incoming flights and automatically adjust your pickup time at no additional cost.
• Depending on airport traffic and operational conditions, wait times of up to 30 minutes after your arrival may occasionally occur. Our office will keep you informed throughout the process.
