What to expect
The craftsman also the tour guide will meet you at the lantern workshop. You will be welcomed by Vietnamese tea. You can enjoy it during making lantern.
First, The guide will give a bamboo frame. Normally, we use a frame size is 20cm.
Second, You will learn how to put the fabric into the frame. This step is very important, you will choose what kind of fabric you like, and the guide will explain why material is really important.
Third, craftsmen will provide acrylic colors and show you how to draw on lanterns. Some kinds of brush you will be served, and craftsmen will talk to you should use which one. You can decorate your product by yourself. And then, just enjoy your design and can take it home.
