Experience authentic Sami culture just 15 minutes from Tromsø city center on this small-group reindeer feeding tour. Meet friendly Arctic reindeer, learn about Sami traditions and daily life, and hear stories from local guides in a peaceful Arctic setting.
Unlike larger attractions, we organize the experience in smaller groups to create a more personal atmosphere for both guests and animals. You will also have plenty of opportunities to take close-up photos with the reindeer while enjoying the beautiful winter landscape surrounding the camp.

Meeting and pickup
Our pick up point is inside the Northern Lights Safari shop. When you reach the correct adress, ypu will see the location very clearly.
What to expect
What separate us is that we organize it into groups with 45 people maximum at the same time. You will have your own personal guide during the entire tour. This will prevent you from mass tourism and also it will give the animals better environment.
Meet your guide in Tromsø and head to a Sami camp just 15 minutes from the city center. Upon arrival, embark on a museum-like tour, moving from station to station with your guide.
Learn about the Sami culture and traditions as you explore the camp. Hear stories about the Sami people and their way of life.
Get up close to the reindeer and have the chance to feed them. Your guide, a professional photographer, will capture high-quality photos of you with the reindeer, ensuring you have lasting memories of your experience.
NB! We dont provide babyseats for the transport. This has to be brought yourself.
NB! You can not drive to the camp yourself, you have to join an organized tour from the meeting point.
