Accompanied by certified backcountry ski guides, you will ascend the snow-covered slopes of the volcano while enjoying panoramic views of lakes, native forests, and the surrounding volcanoes of the Araucanía region. This experience combines adventure, nature, and the unique opportunity to explore an active volcano in a spectacular alpine environment.
The activity is operated in small groups to ensure a more personalized and safe experience. Transportation, technical equipment, and professional guiding services are included throughout the day.
This experience is designed for participants with previous skiing or snowboarding experience who are looking to enjoy ski touring or splitboarding beyond traditional ski resorts.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We will meet at the Terra Volcano office. Our guides will be easily identifiable by their Terra Volcano clothing and official company logos, making them easy to recognize upon arrival.
What to expect
The experience combines the challenge of a self-powered ascent with the reward of a long descent in a unique volcanic landscape.
The day before the activity, we will meet at the Terra Volcano office for equipment fitting and a safety briefing to ensure everything is ready for the expedition.
