What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please take 2 minutes walk from Kinshicho station to 6th floor of TERMINA Building (directly connected to the station). Please go to the reception where the staff waits for you, and then they attend you to the room.

・Karate etiquette
・Warming exercises including karate techniques and stances
・Basic techniques (punches, blocks, front & sidekicks)
・Basic one-step sparring (attacker vs. defender)
・Learning Shotokan Kata
・Kata demonstration by the instructor

- This class is only for women.
- Children aged 5 and older can participate in the activity. *Children aged 10 and under need to come with their parents.
- Please arrive at the reception desk 10 minutes before the class starts and change into workout clothing.
- Please wear easy-to-move-in and comfortable clothing such as sportswear.
- Please note that pants must be above the ankle to avoid injury.
- Please take off your shoes, socks and remove all jewelries such as rings, earrings and necklaces during this activity.
- The accompany can enter during the photo session and certificate awarding.
- Video recording and Photo shooting are not allowed during Karate experience. Please follow the instructor's instructions regarding photography. *A photo session will be held, so please shoot at this time.
- Changing rooms are available for changing clothes, but there is no shower room.
- Please do not leave valuables in changing room; bring them with you to the dojo. The staff waits for you, and then they attend you to the room.
