Pick-up service is available exclusively to cruise passengers arriving at Amber Cove or Taino Bay, Puerto Plata.
The driver will be waiting at the agreed time at the pick-up area authorized by the cruise terminal. Before your arrival, we will provide you with clear instructions on how to get to the meeting point.
For ease of identification, the driver will carry a name sign on the reservation and be ready to meet travelers and begin service.
