Airport Arrival: After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, walk past the tour operator counters and continue to the end of the arrival hall. Our HQT representative will be waiting for you in the designated transportation area holding a sign with your name or HIGH QUALITY TRANSPORT. Please do not accept transportation from unauthorized providers. If you have difficulty locating our representative, contact HQT directly using the contact information on your booking confirmation.
What to expect
For airport arrivals, after collecting your luggage and clearing customs, continue past the tour operator counters to the designated transportation area. An HQT representative will be waiting with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s name or HIGH QUALITY TRANSPORT.
Your private vehicle will be assigned according to the option selected and group size. We accommodate individuals, families and groups with private cars, luxury SUVs, minivans, Sprinter vans and buses.
One-way and round-trip transfers are available between Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), La Romana International Airport (LRM), hotels and accommodations in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana, Cabeza de Toro, Uvero Alto, Macao, La Romana, Bayahibe and Casa de Campo.
For hotel or accommodation pickups, your driver will meet you at the confirmed pickup location and take you directly to your destination.
