Personalized Reception: Our staff will greet you at the designated terminal with a sign displaying your name. If you prefer a group name, please let us know in advance.
Arrivals
The service is designed for groups arriving on the same flight.
If your group arrives on up to 2 different flights, please send us all flight numbers in advance so we can organize the itinerary and meeting point at no extra cost.
⚠️ Important
If flight information is not provided on time, or if the shared flight number is incorrect, the service will be charged as a new booking and must be paid in cash to the driver (subject to availability).
Please notify us of any flight changes to avoid delays and additional costs.

This service must be scheduled in advance by email or phone and is subject to availability.
Pricing Policy
Prices are per van, not per person.
For groups with different departure times, an additional van must be booked for each schedule.
Please make sure to select the correct destination and product when booking. Incorrect reservations will either be adjusted with the price difference or not accepted.
⏰ Departures & Transfers
Pickup times will be arranged with you after booking.
A maximum 10‑minute waiting period is allowed. After this, the service will be considered a “No Show.”
Any changes to your reservation (time, destination, or service details) must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.

Privacy guaranteed: All our transfers are 100% private; you will never share the van with other passengers.
Personalized reception: Our staff will greet you at the terminal with a welcome sign, ensuring a clear and reliable meeting point.
Safety on the road: All our vans have GPS, guaranteeing precise and safe navigation.
Price per pickup truck: The rate is per unit, not per person. The more people who travel, the more convenient the individual cost becomes.
Direct transfer: We do not make stops at other hotels; your trip will be direct to your destination.
Correct destination selection: When booking, make sure to choose the right destination. If the reservation does not match, it will be necessary to cover the corresponding difference.
⏰ Time tolerance: For transfers and departures, a maximum waiting time of 10 minutes is allowed. After this time, the service is considered a "No Show."
