Personalized Reception: Our staff will greet you at the designated terminal with a sign showing your name. If you prefer a group name, please let us know in advance.
Communication: We recommend downloading WhatsApp or keeping your network active to ensure smooth contact.
✈️ Arrivals
Service is designed for groups arriving on the same flight.
If your group arrives on up to 2 different flights, please send us all flight numbers in advance so we can organize the itinerary and meeting point at no extra cost.
If this information is not provided on time, or if the flight number shared is incorrect, the service will be charged as new and must be paid in cash to the driver (subject to availability).
Please notify us of any flight changes to avoid delays and extra costs.

Additional Stops
Inform us in advance if you require a stop at a supermarket or another location.
One stop of up to 15 minutes is included at no cost (must be reserved in advance).
After this time, an additional fee of $25 USD per hour will apply. Service must be booked by email or phone and is subject to availability.
Pricing Policy
Price is per van, not per person.
If you have different departure times, an additional van must be reserved for each schedule.
Please make sure to select the correct destination and product when booking. Otherwise, the difference will be charged or the reservation may not be accepted.
⏰ Departures & Transfers
Pickup time will be arranged with you after booking.
A maximum waiting time of 10 minutes is allowed. After this, the service will be considered a “No Show.”
Any modifications to the booking (time, destination, or service details) must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.
What to expect
Enjoy a safe, comfortable, and completely private trip from Cancun Airport to your destination: Cancun Area, Ultramar Ferry, Royalton, Moon Palace, Bahía Petempich, or Puerto Morelos.
Step by step of the service
1. Book your transfer: Select your correct destination when booking (The price is per vehicle, not per person).
2. Confirmation of your service: You will receive the confirmation with the details of your reservation.
If there is a difference in the rate by destination, it will be adjusted to the corresponding amount.
3. Airport reception or hotel/port pickup: Our team will wait for you in the terminal with a welcome banner with your name.
4. Start of transfer: You will get into a private van, equipped with GPS to ensure safety and accurate navigation. The service is direct, without stops at other hotels.
You will travel in complete privacy: you will never share the van with other passengers.
Notes:
A maximum waiting time of 10 minutes is allowed for transfers and departures, based on the schedule previously confirmed with the client. After this time, it is considered a "No Show."
For hotel to ferry transfers, we will coordinate the pickup time with you in advance.
