In a multi-day experience, classes will focus on different aspects of the various regional cuisines of Greece. Go on a market tour and sample exquisite local specialities, enjoy a gourmet beach picnic and swim in pristine beaches, explore fishing villages, traditional settlements and local tavernas and learn how to forage wild herbs and greens.
Your stay will be at Villa Maria, a restored historical listed 19th century mansion, full of old world charm, in the magnificent town of Ermoupolis, capital of Syros, an island with rich history and culture and fascinating culinary tradition.
